We open neighborhoods sequentially based on founding interest. Reserving a spot adds you to the active list and locks in your position. Most reserved neighborhoods open within 60 to 120 days of reaching cohort threshold.

Your home data is private. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or train external models on it. Encryption is end to end. You can export or delete everything at any time.

No. Homeowner AI is open to any homeowner in a launching neighborhood. DMG clients receive concierge support and may onboard through their agent.
